Shipping and General Information

** Please note in addition to standard delivery policy below - Due to the Coronavirus and the impact this is still having on the international post system, there are delays to delivery and tracking scans worldwide. There are SEVERE Delays to Australia and New Zealand, where parcels can be expected to take 10-12 weeks in some areas - please be patient **

**Customs and import fees rules are changing on packages sent to the UK from Europe, from July 1st. The threshold for charges is being scrapped. Please refer to your government website for further info. This means, almost certainly, every package sent to the UK will incur customs charges. I am not responsible for these charges, and you must take these into account when purchasing from the UK.**



Items will be dispatched within 7 working days of order being placed and payment being made (unless otherwise stated – for example if an item is listed as a pre-order). Parcels are dispatched from THE NETHERLANDS will be sent via Deutsche Post (Germany's postal service) 

Items will be shipped to the address given at the time of order - please ensure this is correct.

International shipping - Our international parcels are sent by Deutsche Post. There are both tracked and untracked options listed at checkout for EU destinations, for further afield only tracked shipping is available. Free worldwide tracked shipping is given with €100 spend. 

For delivery within the EU, please allow up to 14 working days from dispatch.

For delivery to the rest of the world, please allow up to 28 days from dispatch (excepting Australia and NZ - please see current estimate at top of page) 

Please allow for postage delays around holiday periods.

Please note I am not responsible for customs delays or charges - all fees and handling charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please also note that some countries, such as Australia, have stricter import policies than others and may include restrictions on some wooden items. Should your item be held or destroyed by customs I cannot take responsibility. 

If for any reason your package arrives damaged by the postal service please photograph the product and packaging including any damage. I cannot submit a claim for damages without photographs showing how the package arrived. 


Please be aware I try to be as environmentally friendly as possible when packaging items. Items are sent in rigid cardboard boxes and inside are mostly packed in paper bags, however mirrored items will be packed in plastic packaging for protection (biodegradable where possible).

Recyclable corrugated cardboard is mostly used for protection in packages. Occasionally bubble wrap is used for delicate items where needed - This will have been recycled from materials packages I have received. If your order is over 6 items, please be aware it may be sent in a larger recycled box. I will always make sure that, even if recycled packaging is used, it is strong, sturdy and in great condition. 

Please recycle or reuse your packaging on arrival where possible ♻ 


Items are fully photographed and described to avoid customers wishing to return. However, if you are unhappy with your item, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter.

Should you still wish to return an item to us, buyers are liable to cover the return postage costs, and refunds will only be issued once items are returned to us in original condition.

Please note - custom orders cannot be returned unless faulty.

My waiting list for custom designs is often several weeks. When discussing your idea I can advise you of current timescales. 

Prices are entirely dependent on time and materials used - for example some custom designs may be small tweaks to existing designs (custom colours or text) so will be a small supplement on the cost of the original design, while completely new design and production from start to finish will be priced a little higher and may require a deposit. Custom orders are non-returnable unless faulty. 

Please be aware that I retain the rights to custom designs, and unless discussed with me by prior agreement, I may reproduce the design for sale in future. Exceptions to this include if the design requested is from your own design work, or if the design includes personal names, dates, etc. Should you wish your design to be a one-off and never reproduced, this will incur a higher cost, and needs to be agreed before starting work.
