General Information

** Please note in addition to standard delivery policy below - Only TRACKED SHIPPING is available outside of Europe/UK currently. Due to the Coronavirus and the impact this is having on the international post system, there are delays to delivery and issues with tracking being scanned worldwide. There are SEVERE Delays to Australia, where parcels can be expected to take 10-12 weeks in some areas. Delivery to all countries worldwide may take much longer than normal at this time - please be patient **



Items will be dispatched within 5 - 7 working days of order being placed and payment being made (unless otherwise stated – for example if an item is listed as a pre-order). Parcels will be sent via Deutsche Post

Items will be shipped to the address given at the time of order - please ensure this is correct.

International shipping - Our international parcels are sent by Deutsche Post. There are 2 options listed at checkout - A tracked postage service and untracked, which comes with no tracking information. 

For delivery within the EU, please allow up to 14 working days from dispatch.

For delivery to the rest of the world, please allow up to 28 days from dispatch.

Please allow for postage delays around the Christmas period.

Standard Delivery charges are as follows:

  • Domestic (within The Netherlands) 
  • Order value up to €60 - €3
  • Order value over €60 - €5
  • International delivery (within the EU)
  • Untracked shipping - €5.50
  • Tracked Shipping - €7
  • International delivery - Australia and New Zealand 
  • Tracked shipping - €13.00
  • International delivery (rest of the world)
  • Tracked Shipping - €10.50

Please note I am not responsible for customs delays or charges - all fees and handling charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please also note that some countries, such as Australia, have stricter import policies than others and may include restrictions on some wooden items. Should your item be held or destroyed by customs I cannot take responsibility.



Items are fully photographed and described to avoid customers wishing to return. However, if you are unhappy with your item, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter.

Should you still wish to return an item to us, buyers are liable to cover the return postage costs, and refunds will only be issued once items are returned to us in original condition.

Please note - custom orders cannot be returned unless faulty.
